Request for quotations for motorbikes

Service Description

Please provide a quotation for 5 motorbikes with the following specifications:

• XL off road motorbikes
• Engine size: at least 124 cc
• Engine specification: 2v single cylinder, 5 speed gearbox
• Top speed of at least 65mph
• Weighs between 100 and 150kg
• Power: minimum of 11.13 HP (8.1KW) @8500 RPM
• Fuel system: carburetor
• Fuel capacity: at least 12 litres/3.17 gallons
• Fuel tank range: at least 170 miles

 Deliver only the items of high quality.

 Your quotation should be valid for 45 calendar days.

 Period of Delivery

The complete order shall be delivered within 10 calendars days upon  receipt of purchase order.

 Place of delivery

Contractor shall deliver the supplies to US Embassy Freetown, South Ridge, Hill Station.

 Access to the Embassy premises

Contractor shall submit vehicle information and driver names in writing three days in advance to request access to compound for delivery.

 Payment Terms

Embassy will make payment within 30 days calendars days after delivery and receipt of proper invoice.
